"I was brought up near Überlingen, a city on the lake of Constanza, where I also began my career as a bread-maker and pastry chef. Over the years I acquired knowledge and experience through working with various companies, and finally completing my masters in Stuttgart. In 1998 I opened my first ice cream parlour in Javea.
